What is John 316?Ever hear the expression John 316? I remember as a young boy watching a football game. My team was about to kick the winning field goal when the announcer says, "And there is the Rainbow Man." 
I looked up and there on the TV screen was a man with a rainbow colored wig on. He looked like a fool. He also had in his hands a sign. It said John 3:16.It turned out that this man had a name. It was Rollen Stewart. Rollen was a fixture at many sporting events through the 70's and 80's. He also thought that all people on this planet needed to hear a specific message. It was here that I realized that 316 was not a street address or it did not mean three hundred and sixteen. And John was not the name of the person carrying the sign. John 3:16 is a Bible Verse - and a famous one at that. Many people have heard the phrase John 3:16 but few understand it. Take time to read it today. It is all about God and His love for you. In fact, I would have to say that it was written just for you!
