There are also warnings to other peoples and their sins (Tyre, Edom, Moab, Judah, etc.). Theme Attacking the social evils of the people as well as their paganized worship, the prophet issues an urgent call to repentance as the only escape from imminent judgment. Audience Primarily to Israel but also to Judah and other nations too.
